I have to say that I definitely prefer corn tortillas, although over here in Venezuela, where corn grows everywhere, there ar no corn tortillas.
When we do Mexican at home, it's crumby flour tortillas.

You can make your own! I'm sure you have done it before.

I really love a good Spanish tortilla....
Only make them occasionally though.
Last one I had was made by a visiting Spaniard...

My breakfast was left over facaccia with ham and fried eggs
