Lunch today. A lite pita wrap with avocado mash (can't have dairy), senap (Swedish mustard) and sliced tofu. A bowl of Butternut Squash, Potato and Red Grape salad with the remains of my half of the avocado and some asparagus that was dropped into boiling water and left to cook by itself.
And yes, I know, I had started to eat it before I remembered I had planned to photo it first, so I gave up on presentation and photoed it where it was, alongside my laptop!
