This recipe from BBC Good Food is a twist on the classic, but it looks wonderful. Just the thing if you have visitors coming over the Easter weekend. I think I'd be inclined to cook the bacon in rashers, rather than chopped up, and the peppers gives it a nice twist. You could also use fresh roasted peppers for a more intense flavour. Any other ideas?
