Beef sausy rolls, my way

mg recently put her pics up of her pork ones. Mine is beef sausage meat, onion,parsley tomato sauce and squirt of Worcester sauce. I egg wash the top. You can see by the pic I only wash the very top, hence different colour.

Kool, I got rang last night by my bestie, his wife's close cousin who we all know , her husband committed suicide the night earlier. His wife wasn't in the mood for baking so he called me to help out. I duly obliged.
