Making chicken tonight but forgot to take it out the freezer. It's only for two people so just a few pieces all on the bone, mix of breast and thigh/leg. Any ideas to cook it. Could just roast it but was thinking to so a casserole but then will that be nice as I can't really brown the chicken first. Any ideas?

thaw the chicken:
large bowl
cold tap water
change water every 20 minutes
oh wait .... screen says 35 minutes ago - it's 1930 something and it's frozen?
that'll take a microwave defrost and a low temp bake/roast
