Ingredients:
500 gr refined flour
200 gr brown sugar
16 gr baking powder
2 eggs
1 spoon fennel seed
milk
Methods:
Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla flavoring, the eggs with milk enough to make the dough homogeneous.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and shape the biscuits. Place the fennel seeds on the surface and press lightly to make them stick.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10/15 minutes
I wanted to try to put on half of the biscuits the fennel seed (I put them on the round ones) and on the other half aniseed (I put them on those star-shaped).
Honestly, I prefer those with fennel seeds that are the original recipe. They are perfect in a bruch with both sweet and salty (having little sugar and no fat).
