Blood Oranges

Sicilian Blood Oranges ..

I like them in a fruit salad with Pithaya (Dragon fruit & Mango & Papaya ) ..

Also, like them simply freshly squeezed into Sicilian Blood Orange Juice ..

I do not care too much for them oven roasted or baked or sautéed .. I had them with roast duckling and I have had them with roast porc ..
 
I was watching a local program here that features 3 diners that go to 3 different restaurants and then review on TV. One of the restaurants last night was a gastro pub that is known for its different drink mixes. One of their specialties is a mix of Stella Artois Pilsner and blood orange juice. The 2 diners that had that just raved about how it tasted, but I'm not so sure.
