So, my favourite Chinese (food is more than excellent) have a sneaky cheat.
The bill comes and the top sheet says only the amount with "Gratuity is at your discrection"
The 2nd sheet has the breakdown of the bill and it includes a 10% servcie charge! I spotted this the very first time (I always check the bill whereeve I go) and asked - they told me one was servcie charge and the other was a tip. I don't beleive there is a difference anymore as legally the servcie charge must go to the staff.
I wonder how many people who don't bother checking end up giving them double tip?
