Cooking A Turkey. The Simple Way!

I like to make what I like to call a "Mini Thanksgiving Dinner", by roasting just half a turkey breast, small amount of stuffing and side dishes.

It is less headaches, far less food to prepare and cleanup is a snap!! :wink:

Looks good although I have never acquired the taste for sage and onion stuffing, tried it many times but don't like it so it usually ends up on my husbands plate unless it is self serve then I just don't bother.

Why not post this up as a proper Recipe. Start a new thread in the Meat and Poultry forum and use the drop down box next to the (Prefix) to label it as a Recipe. Then post the photo with Ingredients list followed by Method. We'd love to see it!
 
Feel that this very important message needs bringing to the attention of the newer posters on here.
