Coriander/Cilantro: do you love it or hate it?

This is so fascinating. Describing taste is in itself a fascinating subject.

Can I urge those of you who have contributed to the thread but not voted in the poll to vote? I don't know who hasn't of course!
 
I am neutral .. I like the fresh leaves used as an ingredient without being excessive and same on coriander ..

I am a grand fan of Progressive Thai Cuisine and it is common also in, Mid Eastern & North African, specifically Moroccan and I also enjoy it in Indian cuisine.

Voted yes of course ..
 
A number of years ago there was a restaurant opposite our house. Naeng, the owner, always had coriander leaves on ice in a very large ice box so it was very handy if I ran out (she never charged me anything). I went over once when they were closed (after 7 pm) and only her old mum was there. I asked if she could sell me some "patchee" and she brought me a Pepsi Cola.

My pronunciation is still terrible.

["Patchee" is coriander leaf; "patchee farang" is parsley leaf]
