if you are a chicken lover I bet you will love this recipe. well, look at the creamy sauce, so yummy!
1 tbs oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 Cajun seasoning
1/2 Paprika ( optional)
1 tsp- Garlic powder
Generous amount of butter to fry
3/4 cup of double cream ( @elmlea_ukie )
3/4 Cup of chicken stock ( @maggi_uk )
2/3 Garlic clove minced
1 tsp- Black pepper
1 tbsp- Dried parsley

Ingredients
1- Large chicken breast ( sliced in 3 pieces)1 tbs oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 Cajun seasoning
1/2 Paprika ( optional)
1 tsp- Garlic powder
Generous amount of butter to fry
Sauce
1- Cup of mushroom of your choice ( sliced)3/4 cup of double cream ( @elmlea_ukie )
3/4 Cup of chicken stock ( @maggi_uk )
2/3 Garlic clove minced
1 tsp- Black pepper
1 tbsp- Dried parsley
Method
- Wash & pat dry chicken
- Horizontally slice the chicken breast through the middle. I sliced it in 3 due to size
- Add all the ingredients in step 1 and massage it
- In a pan add butter and fry the chicken 8 minutes on each side until cooked through
- Remove the chicken leave aside
- In the same pan add garlic and mushroom and fry until chestnut in colour.
- Add the chicken stock give it a stir, add double cream followed by black pepper and parsley.
- Once the sauce starts to bubble add the chicken and cook it for further 10 minutes.
- Voila ! Enjoy
