    Here's a quick & easy green smoothie that you can make in just mere minutes!! it takes very little time, and it is so delish!!

    The avocado helps give it that really luscious creamy texture and there's no bitter taste, as with using kale!! I just use spinach in place of it!!

    Ingredients;

    1 cup orange juice.

    1/2 avocado.

    1 single serving container of applesauce.

    I banana.

    1 cup spinach.

    1 tablespoon honey.

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

    1-1/2 cups ice cubes.

    Directions;

    In the blender container of a high-power performance blender, such as the Vitamix, Blentec, Oster Versa or the Shred Emulsifier, combine all ingredients, with the ice cubes on top.

    Using the smoothie setting, process the mixture, letting the cycle complete itself. Or you can process the mixture manually. The ice cubes help to push all the ingredients down into the path of the rapidly spinning blades without the use of the tamper.

    Let the mixture become smooth & creamy. Pour into tall glass. Enjoy!! :wink:

    The bananas are green, so I gotta wait for them to turn yellow. :eek:

    This sounds really delicious but without the advocados. I don't like advocados so I'd add more spinach instead. Who knows, maybe a carrot too!
