Recipe Croissant brûlée

I don't know where this came from, I've been making it for years. It's very addictive.

4 croissants ripped into pieces.
Brûlée mix
Chocolate broken up..

Line a ceramic dish with baking paper. Put ripped up croissant in the bowl not packed tight.
Pour brûlée mix in then add bits of chocolate.
Cook at 160c for 40 mins.
Brûlée mix is
4 to 5 egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar
Teaspoon vanilla
250ml milk
250ml full cream.
Heat milk and cream up to almost boiling, add vanilla and pour into the yolk and sugar mixture. Whisking.
