Croque Bébé
Makes 1 delicious sandwich
Ingredients
1-2 TB hazelnut spread
2 slices sandwich bread
2-3 TB peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 TB butter, softened (approx)
1 tsp cinnamon-sugar
Directions
Set oven to 375F
Spread hazelnut spread on one slice of bread and peanut butter on other slice, then place one atop the other.
Carefully spread the butter on the outsides of the sandwich, then sprinkle both sides with the cinnamon-sugar.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes, turning the sandwich over halfway through. Remove to a rack and let cool 5 minutes.
Trim off the crusts, if preferred (and eat those as a pre-sandwich treat), and cut the sandwich into three pieces and serve.
