Man, I never expected so much interest. I will say though that the way I do mine is a bit of work but WELL worth it.i use about 400 gms of sausage meat, it's important to get a good brand, I use Hellers here. The relish makes a nice spicy taste as well. This makes about 4 to 5, depending on the size of egg. Free range gives a nice orange colour.
