Dosa

I tried....once. It was a disaster. The thing is, as you will know, they need to be paper thin and you probably need a large dosa stone or equivalent non-stick flat pan to make them. Mine just stuck and burned. But I'd like to hear if anyone else has made them.

Yes, but the trick is not to even try to turn them until they are ready. If they are sticking, they are not ready. It's a case of they tell you when they are ready to be turned over. I also have a proper tawa to make the dosa on which makes a huge difference. They are not actually that expensive either.
