Dripping and grease

That bacon looks very well done. I wouldn't take it that far unless it was for crumbling on salads or something. Maybe that is why I don't seem to collect much fat.

Do you scrub that metal grill after each use? It looks rather clean.
This was for sandwiches, so I wanted it crispy. I hate talking a bite of a sandwich and the whole bacon strip comes off because it’s too chewy.

I do wash the rack, but it cleans up easily. No hard scrubbing required.
