My entry for the spice challenge. I love this stuff and use it not only to dip bread into, with olive oil but sprinkled on vegetables and over breakfast eggs. Its very simple to make.
Ingredients
100g white sesame seeds
100g almonds
50g coriander seeds
30g cumin seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp peppercorns
Toast the spices and nuts in a dry frying pan then coarsly grind in a pestle and mortar or spice grinder. Store in an airtight jar.
