Featured Threads

However it's done, it doesn't stay dismissed.

Every time a new thread is featured, everyone has to be dismissed again. Miss one and they all become visible again.

It's been done via account preferences and having checked, the box is unchecked.

What browser are you using and are you staying on the same machine or is this a library machine again Classic? @Shaun

IE, Firefox & Chrome on my own PC. Also Chrome on handheld(mobile phone). Account settings are the same for here, and CC. With here being the the only one where I can no longer dismiss the featured threads.

Sometimes we don't allow dismissal of the threads, so not all will have that option.
Plus I was pretty certain it would be a cookie rather than an account setting tbh. But I can check.

Just checked - all but 'What did you cook today?' allow dismissal.
