When we post recipes they tend to be for us to eat/drink. What about our canine babies? We have more if anyone is interested.

The pug on the far right figured out what me getting baby food jars out of the pantry and opening them meant. She would sit at the end of the island in the kitchen in our old house to watch me mix up the treats letting out little chuffs every so often, and would sit there while they baked doing the same thing. Once they came out of the oven and were put on racks to cool, she would sit there and stare up at the counter chuffing every couple of minutes, turning around and looking at me or Craig until they were cool enough to eat and she got some. Craig and I always got a good laugh over her antics.

Oh, BTW, we always put some of these in the freezer since they go stale and will start to mold fairly fast since there are no preservatives and they are fairly moist.

I have a whole cookbook about making treats for dogs. Funny thing i have no dog.
