My husband works in Leeds so most of his colleagues are from Yorkshire.
He was given a box of these Grantham Gingerbread at Christmas.
Wow. They are amazing. They are not like any gingerbread or gingerbread biscuits that I've had before. They are more like a ginger flavoured macaroon. Such a lovely light texture.
They have an interesting history, I have discovered.
