Hi everyone!

I am new here. The main agenda to join this forum is to know how to make perfect cookies at home. I have tried many times, but there is no change in the end product. Always, get a dried cookie.

Welcome from Margate, neighbor! I was born and raised (except for a short stint in Maryland) in Dade county. Post your cookie recipe so we might give advice. BTW, Oma is the endearing word for grandmother in German.

Welcome to the forum. The type of cookie you're trying to make also makes a difference. I assume you're looking for a cookie that's soft after baking (as opposed to an almond cookie, which is supposed to be what I'd call "crisp" but not "dry").
