I have been googling and the methods vary but most say either boil or soak in boiled water for a few mintes and then sort of rub off the skins to reveal that glorious green. Do you have any tips or tricks?
I'm entering an on-line competition for porridge and intend to use green pistachios as part of my porridge topping. There is £10,000 at stake here and this isn't one of those prize draw competitions - all entries are judged. All help appreciated. I have one entry prepared already. Closing date is Sunday midnight so tomorrow is porridge day!
