How many meals do you eat in a day?

We have the regular 3 meals in the day - breakfast, lunch, dinner - plus 2 snacks, 1 in the midmorning and another in the midafternoon. We Filipinos are good eaters that means we love food whatever food is on the table. But for those in diet like me, the 3 meals in a day is more than sufficient because the snacks are what gives us extra weight. By the way, bread is our usual breakfast although there are some houses whose breakfast staple is rice. For lunch and dinner, rice is the staple.
