How well would you cook your bacon?

The complementary hotel buffet bacon arrives at the hotel already cooked. They just have to warm it up. It's not great bacon, but it is still bacon. The only bad bacon is bacon made from anything other than pig. Turkey bacon is bad. Vegan bacon is not bacon, so it can get away with being really bad.

I am not a fan of breakfast buffets except in Las Vegas and on cruise ships.

I’ve heard that eventually, yes, but bacon grease never lasts that long in my house.

Between 3 and 4 also. The rind has to crisp up so when you bite it crackles.thats perfect for wife. I'm not really a big fan. Cooked every Saturday morning.
I buy in 500gm packs x 5 every now and then. Butcher heys it for me. He gets it off another old school butcher. Smoked it smells awesome.
