If I have the energy tomorrow I'll try to post a new thread with photos so we can identify what we are talking about - the names differ across continents. Not just US/UK but Europe too. I love all leaves though!
 
Pronunciations are also fun.

I often want to smack Americans that call endive on-deev. It's n-dive.
 
Last month at the cheeseclub they served us something that looked and tasted like fudge. The plate top left in this picture, a slice was warmed through on a slice of toasted bread, it was wrong on taste and texture, nobody ate it horrid stuff :headshake:
