My kitchen is a freaking mess at the moment, new vinyl guys were here last Tuesday and prepped the floor in the kitchen and laundry. Result my kitchen laundry is in my lounge. Couldn't find a loaf tin but found a round cake one. That'll do,lol. Everything here is crazy and guys doing my vinyl aren't here until tomorrow????

Recipe was 50/50 beef mince and sausage meat 500 gms each
3 tablespoons tomatoe sauce
Ditto worst ever sauce ( my friend calls Worcester this)
1/3 cup,breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon mixed herbs. Don't overdo it.
Salt and pepper
Small sachet of gravy mix. (bisto)
1 onion chopped small
1/2 cup mixed veges( wife's recipe didn't have these in it)
Mix and put in loaf tin. Cook at 160c for 1 hr and 15 mins.
I can't stop eating this,lol.
