Ingredients
Plain bagels -2
Marmite – 1tsps (enough to spread)
Tomato ketchup – 2 tsp
Mozzarella cheese- 50g grated
Preparation
Step One Lightly toast the halved bagels
Step Two Spread with Marmite
Step Three Top with a little tomato ketchup and sprinkle with grated Mozarella
Step Four Place under a hot grill until the cheese begins to melt
