I lost my original copy of "Nancy Clark's Sports Nutrition Guidebook" about 4 years ago. And with all the heavy cooking I've been doing since I joined this forum, decided to find and purchase a new copy (newer revision). The book is a wonderful guide that is applicable not just to athletes and sports people, but to the average person as well. It covers well all the essentials of healthy nutrition and diet, food groups, body fueling, exercise, calorie intake and burn, as well as problems eating certain foods when doing exercise or participating in sports/athletic activity. It's a good read and was helpful to me in the past while I was at University.
