I went to Trader Joe's today and picked up a few things that caught my eye. I haven't tried any but the vanilla bean paste, which is wonderful. I found the vanilla last year, and it makes a big difference in my cheesecake.

Found these last week. I thought they needed a little more flavor, so I added some praline topping left over from Thanksgiving. I'll buy them again. So easy to make this side dish.

I just used the beef version for Christmas. It’s definitely better than the other jarred gravies I’ve tried, but it could have stood a little home tinkering. I’ll use it again.

Better than Bouillon stock/broth paste is excellent, so I'll have to try the gravy paste. I'll probably still doctor it up a little, but as long as the texture is nice, I can easily tweak the flavors.

It’s not a paste, it’s a heat-and-eat fully-ready gravy, like those Heinz things, but better than that.

Oh, I didn't know that. I just assumed it was a concentrate, like the bouillon. I'll definitely give it a try.
