Nikuman

All the talk about pizza pockets has made me think of Nikuman, which are popular here in Japan. You can even buy them at convenience stores!

There's the standard ones that have a pork/cabbage type filling:

But then there are also other spin off varieties, such as "Pizaman" which is literally like a pizza bun, and Kare-Man which is a curry version!

They also make cute versions like these - adorable, right?
