There's a place we go for breakfast once in a while that makes absolutely delicious pancakes. I'm sure they separate the eggs, whip the whites and fold them in, but other than that, no clue. Besides just their plain pancakes, chocolate chip, banana, and toasted pecan pancakes that are always on the menu, they have specials on the weekends. My favorites so far have been tres leches, which are their regular pancakes with a tres leches sauce, and oreo, which are chocolate pancakes with an oreo filling. They've had apple cinnamon crumb cake, a rasberry and white chocolate, strawberry shortcake, cinnamon roll, and others but those are the ones I can remember off top of head.

We didn't miss out on Pancake Day. I usually make a batch of whey pancakes and there are always some in the freezer. So it was two for me, one for the mutt, with a whole jar of yoghurt between us.
