Recipe Pineapple Gelatin Dessert

I’m not the biggest fan of Pineapple, but I do use it on occasion.

Pineapple Gelatin Dessert

Serves 4

Ingredients:
1 package of Pineapple flavored Jell-O® aka Gelatin Dessert
+/- 1 C. canned crushed Pineapple

Method:
Follow the directions on the Jell-O box
Place the Gelatin in the freezer for about 10-20 minutes to firm up a bit
Stir in the Pineapple
Portion equally the mixture into dessert dishes
Place a square of plastic wrap directly on to the top of the Gelatin and refrigerate until completely firm

Serving suggestion: Whipped Cream takes this dessert over the top!

Bet this would be good with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes (sweetened or unsweetened) on top of the whipped cream.
