The best chicken I ever had was during my trips over to Portugal (Frango charcoal chicken). They grill whole marinated chickens, and honestly I've never tasted anything like it!
If ever you want to give it a shot, here are the ingredients used to make the marinade:
- one big chicken
- paprika
- 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
- garlic
- an onion
- 10cl of white wine
- parsley
- salt
- peper
- 1 bay leaf
