Thanks for posting the Video.

1) I myself, would never cook fresh prawns that long ..

Just for information, I stir fried my prawns in the onion/garlic/ginger paste for 4 minutes. Then removed them and returned them to the finished sauce immediately before serving (well, about 30 seconds before).

I sautée my jumbo prawns for 2 minutes per side ( 4 minutes total approx .. ) until cooked through ..

Alot has to do with the size of the prawns ..

3) Your Yogurt marinade sounds wonderful .. This has a simple flair to it and lovely Asian products .. Love Ginger ..
