Ingredients
150g rhubarb cut in chunks [5.3 oz]
1 medium banana
2 to 3 cm fresh ginger root peeled [0.8-1.6 inch]
8 pitted dates
250 ml almond milk or similar non dairy milk [9 fl oz / US 1cup]
handful of ice cubes
mint leaves to serve
Instructions
Whizz(getting technical here) rhubarb, dates, banana and ginger with almond milk in a blender.
Add ice cubes and whizz(And again) again until smooth.
Serve decorated with fresh mint leaves.
