Recipe Slow Roasted Paprika Potatoes

Any idea what temp I can use to make these in an ordinary oven? I don't have a slow cooker of any kind (other than an oven that only goes to gas mark 5!)

I would guess that if you just mix it all up in a Pyrex casserole dish and put it in the middle of the oven at gas 5 it should work. Use the same parameters as for normal roast potatoes. Just keep an eye on them.

I don't have 'congee'. I just have high, medium, low!

I know that you don't have a congee setting. I was being facetious.
