Recipe Strawberry Bavarian Cream (without eggs)

    Ingredients
    :
    500 gr strawberries
    350 fresh cream
    150 gr sugar
    ½ lemon (juice)
    vanilla flavoring
    12 gr gelatine sheets

    Methods:
    Wash the strawberries and blend them with sugar and the lemon juice.
    Put the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes. Bring to a boil a little of fresh cream and then put the gelatine sheets inside to make it melt. Let it cool a few minutes and then pour the cream with the gelatine together with the strawberries. Whip the rest of the fresh cream and then mix gently the whipped cream with the strawberries and put the mixture in the molds. Let it thicken for at least 6 hours

    I don't believe you. I tried to make a set custard a few days ago and had to throw it in the bin - it was the texture of rubber! :laugh:
