Really, really good stuff. The weird thing about this batter is that it's not oily or heavy, it's perfectly crisp and airy on the inside. I could eat a whole plate of this stuff.
Tempura is a great batter , I use it for scallops , and season it highly for trout fillets,tempura of baby veg is great and also stuffed courgette flowers stuffed and coated in tempura
