Wow...I looked at all the Alerts, and wondered why all these people were mentioning me in this thread.

Thank you, Elawin...I'm glad you liked the recipe! And, now that I look at it again, I think I'm going to have to make some macaroons myself.

As for which ingredient for the next challenge, it's one I've mentioned before, and one I know that all of us have used it many times. Those macaroons were one of the few times I didn't use it. So, without further delay, I give you:
