How do you cook tuna? My husband is not a very big fan of fish in general...but we bought this big tuna file, I just don't know yet how to cook it. Please help me with this!

imo, the only way to eat tuna is seared, once you cook it, it becomes dry and flavorless.

If you must cook it, I'd do good-ol' tuna sandwiches with lots of mayo. Only way I can eat cooked tuna.
