No pictures of ingredients, but a fairly short list.

Flour, AP and a mystery flour that will give it away
Salt
Eggs
Vinegar
Milk
A form of bacon
Lemon juice
EVOO
White wine
Butter
Parm R cheese

Nope, but I'll give a couple of hints. I have 2 parts of dinner made. One part used the flours, eggs snd a little bit of water. The other part used milk, salt and vinegar.
 
It's a pasta dish, not carbonara though
What are you making when you combine milk and an acid, whether it be a vinegar or lemon juice? Another hint, you heat the milk and vinegar.
 
Another hint, this will be an entry to the chicken challenge, and I'm not counting the eggs used in the pasta dough as the qualifier for the entry.
 
Ok, so you've got pasta and ricotta. But then there's wine, butter and lemon which looks like a sauce, and oil and "bacon", but I'm not sure where chicken fits in.
 
Where does a chicken come from? What are inside of hens?

Semolina, which obviously would mean pasta of some sort.
