The ingredients are virtually identical to one of Madhur's recipes except I've used limes in lieu of lemons. I also vary some quantities from her listing.

That was the last of my garam masala. I have the peppercorns, nutmeg, black cumin seeds, cloves and cinnamon but I am still awaiting black cardamom from my daughter. I guess as it's been over four weeks, they may have been confiscated. She is sending more (heavily disguised).

Is she shipping it to you or bringing it herself? Is black cardamom specifically restricted? Or, is it the import of food products?
