Are those red juniper berries?
Are you making some sort of pickle? These being the pickling spices?
Garam masala?
I think the recipe will involve making a spice blend, but the blend itself won't be the end result. Some of these elements are used on garam masala and some are used in Chinese 5 Spice, but not all of them together. Whatever it is, I think it will be exploding with flavor (and heat).
Just a light curry mix, nothing like my Garam masala either, not enough ingredients. Hmmmm.
