What am I making (16)

I've eaten many a pickled egg during my visits to purveyors of alcohol in Yorkshire but I have only ever pickled them myself once. About 10 years ago but I didn't use all the fancy stuff.

I think you might like the curry spiced pickled eggs. Dead easy for you to make with your duck eggs and any spices you fancy, really. I just used a small jar and made 6. They go gobbled up so quickly I'm going to make a lot more.
