Looks like mushroom sauce under it?? Did you stuff the breast yourself or store bought?

Just a cream sauce with a dollop of Dijon in it and some parsley..Stuffed the breast with ham and Swiss cheese..thanks!
 
Reheated sausage "patties" with onion and garlic mashed potatoes, sweet corn and onion gravy.

We use mainly cheddar or colby here, I'm gunna get some Swiss. I love it in my subway.

This particular recipe uses Swiss or ementhal, which is the same thing, really..makes for a nice combination..you can go without the mustard cream sauce but I thought I'd go all out..GF had some heavy cream in the fridge for some whipped dessert she is making this weekend
