Supper from the Eastern Med - flatbreads, baked aubergine with anchovy dressing, lamb and pistachio koftas with sumac yoghurt dip, cucumber and tomato raita with green chilli dressing, wholewheat couscous with almonds and pomegranate seeds.

A simple, old stand by baked chicken meal using swiss cheese, cream of mushroom soup, white wine, butter, and cubed dry stuffing mix, served with egg noodles and steamed broccoli.

You buy it in a bag. You can also buy crushed, but Craig prefers the cubes when we actually make stuffing/dressing so that's what we buy. https://www.pepperidgefarm.com/product/herb-seasoned-cubed-stuffing/

In the above mentioned, you break up the cubes with a heavy rolling pin or bottom of a saucepan, sprinkle on top, and drizzle with butter. End result is a moist but slightly crunchy top.
