What did you cook/eat today (February 2018)?

George just put a batch of pork fingers in his Infrared cooker. Need to get in the kitchen and make his spinach and artichoke dip before the game starts.
 
Thick strips of pork cut from the shoulder roast. Those from the bottom of the roast are boneless - from the upper portion there is a small bone.
 
Because I didn't wake up until early evening yesterday, I spent the day grazing. The only meals I had were muesli with dates and sultanas, and a cheese salad sandwich. The rest of the time it was bits and pieces.

Sounds like a very good combo of flavours.
Just had a bowl for lunch and its really nice. Its a Nigella Lawson recipe so sure it can be found online - its from Simply Nigella. Think I should have left the seeds in for a little more bite and its very thick so will need to add some additional stock for the rest of the week. Seems to be quite healthy (nothing "bad" in it), so I'm looking forward to lunch in the office for the rest of the week.
