Hmm... in theory the red wine should make it taste better than the cider - more depth.

It wasn't the most expensive wine on the shelf!

I could of downed another dozen ! They were truly delicious ..

a very light and tasty dish, I did not have much time to cook and then I wanted to have a light afternoon at office..not on set today, only boring paperwork

I love freshly steamed mussels in White wine & Sea water .. They were so tender and fresh and were full of sublime subtle aromas of the sea ..

One of my favorites !!

Craig made meatball sliders with a red sauce. We both worked on "my girlfriend's special mac salad," which is mueller's macaroni salad with added shrimp. She used canned baby shrimp, but I've changed it to small chopped steamed shrimp.
