Earlier this year I was lent a bread maker (later to be considered given) and I made the dough with that. The tomato base was just peeled fresh tomatoes and tomato puree with a couple of red chilis..
My menu? ..like to cook them on the BBQ stone@ ~ 525F+ .. weather permitting
Oven works also, but if there's oopsie/spillage..house smog...
"00" flour BTW.. our local Canadian Superstore now carries the imported Italian 00 flour..from which the wheat comes from ..Canada ....?
